Janez Dečman is an experienced financial executive, investor, and entrepreneur with 30 years of professional experience in finance, leasing, investments, business development, and corporate management across Slovenia and the Western Balkans. As Managing Director, he is responsible for the company’s strategic development, investment activities, financing operations, and regional business expansion initiatives.
Throughout his career, he has held senior management and board-level positions within leading financial institutions and investment organisations, developing extensive expertise in corporate finance, asset financing, investment management, risk assessment, and cross-border
business development.
